Rhiannon Morsch
Life Leap Director, Person Centered Planner & Independent Facilitator
Rhiannon has guided hundreds of clients, and their families, through the Person Centered Planning process and Self Determination. She supports clients through each step of the transition to SDP with the goal of making the process as easy as possible.
Rhiannon has five years of experience supporting clients in SDP. She has worked with clients of all ages, disabilities, diverse needs and differing levels of complexity regarding their services.
In 2023 Redwood Coast Regional Center recognized the high quality of service that Rhiannon provided as an Independent Facilitator. They awarded her a contract to mentor and train new IFs and Person Centered Planners.
Rhiannon’s formal education includes an undergraduate degree in English and a Masters Degree in Information Sciences. For specific Independent Facilitator training she trained at The Independent Facilitator Training Academy and the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities. Her training also includes numerous work-shops on Person Centered Planning and thinking.
Rhiannon is passionate about her work and her goal is to help improve you, or your loved one’s life, and in doing so to make a “Life Leap”.
Camille Zazou

Camille is the proud niece, loving family member and conservator for her aunt with Down Syndrome.
She has been a business professional with 20 years experience in business development and client management.
She is a trained Independent Facilitator with SDP and Person-Centered Planning training. She is passionate about helping individuals create a life that they have always dreamed of!
She believes in individuals having full choice in their lives; being able to choose the activities that they participate in, doing what they want when they want and being able to choose the people that are in their lives and around them.
She is passionate about the Self-Determination Program because of the choices and freedoms that it gives participants over their lives.
